This service is designed for customers who have a contract with Simply Send and need to send parcels to their customers whether they be at home, or to another business, anywhere in the world*.
International deliveries have a choice of delivery options depending on whether you are sending to a location in Europe or further afield
Europe Only - These options are designed for sending packages to the major cities and business zones
- Europe By 9:00am
- Europe By 10:00am
Worldwide - These options are designed for sending parcels anywhere in the world
International A - For delivery to 225 countries and territories worldwide, with delivery before 5:30pm to many destinations
International B - For delivery outside of Europe, this services provides delivery from just 3 days for the more distant destinations
These services include
- No weight limits for multi-item consignments to a single address
- Individual parcels up to 30kg
- Flexible and free collections
- Courier pack - a tough, waterproof, tamper evident despatch pack ( account customers)
- Compensation up to £150 per consignment included in the price
- Enhanced compensation up to £2500 available (in £500 bands) for an additional fee
Collection can be from any address in the UK. Collection times are flexible, but to provide you with the greatest opportunity to give your customers a next day delivery, these usually occur in the afternoon.
We encourage addressee data entry directly onto our logistic systems to reduce the chance for mistakes to occur in addressing, selecting delivery options etc. Customers can also print their own address labels thus ensuring the correct delivery information is attached to the relevant parcel, improving speed and accuracy even further.
Similar to the domestic parcel sorting facility, the international sorting hub is at the forefront of innovation and automation. With the capability to export 2,000 parcels per hour to one of 240 international destinations we deliver to around the globe, this facility is a gateway to the world. The onsite HM Customs teams and 11 'rapidscan' x-ray machines ensure that international regulations and tight security are always maintained. This allows us to give our customers the advantage of safe express delivery worldwide.
